Liane Pointner is the founding partner of LP Advogados and has been a lawyer since 1996. She is a doctoral candidate in Philosophy of Law and Political Philosophy under a cotutelle arrangement between the University of Bonn, Germany, and the Universidade de Caxias do Sul (UCS). She holds a stricto sensu Master’s degree in Private Law from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2000), a specialization in Consumer Law and Fundamental Rights from UFRGS (2018), and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from UFRGS (1996).
